In 1987, the year the company was founded, Carabini realized—thanks to his background in sales—that the kitchen furniture market needed novelties capable of inspiring designers and manufacturers to create unique, design-led products.
At that moment, he foresaw that the functional accessory would become a central element for product differentiation, much like it had been in the fashion industry for many years.

A dedicated warehouse area is assigned to each customer, housing products designated for shipment according to the established schedule.

The ForMec headquarters in Northeastern Italy houses the Executive, Product Development, and Commercial offices.
